Common Clerk Forms

The clerk page links to court calendars, forms, civil and criminal records tools, document filing and copy fees, jury service, liens and trade names, notary services, and real estate records. Criminal Records Division contacts listed in the county research include Dorothy Mercer, Assistant Chief Deputy Clerk, and Nicholas Marx, Deputy Clerk, at the same courthouse address and main phone number.

Mail and Online Filings

The official Camden Superior civil and criminal online records link opens to a Tyler Technologies login screen with username, password, and forgot-password fields visible before authentication. The research did not show public name, case-number, date-range, case-type, or document fields before login. That does not mean Camden has no online record system. It means public searching or document viewing appears gated behind Tyler credentials from the visible public page.

For records that are not available through the portal, use the clerk counter, certified-copy form, GSCCCA eCertification, or open-records request process. Open-records requests can be emailed to Joy Lynn Turner at jlturner@co.camden.ga.us. If no response is received within three business days, the Clerk form directs requesters to contact 912-576-5631.
